Who we are
RxClarity is a UK-based pharma competitive intelligence company. We provide a software platform, a trial, demos and related support.
What we collect
Website. When you visit this site we may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed and referring URL. We use Google Analytics (G-387R55ZH40) for this. Analytics cookies run in production.
Enquiries and trials. If you book a demo we collect the details you enter in Cal.com. If you start a trial we collect the details you enter in Typeform. That typically includes name, work email, company and whatever else you choose to submit.
Product use. If you become a customer or trial user, we process the account data and project data needed to run RxClarity for you. We use customer data to deliver that work. We do not use customer data to train models.
We do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
We use this data to operate the website, understand how it is used, answer enquiries, run trials and demos, provide the product, and meet legal obligations.
Who else sees it
We use processors to run parts of this:
- Google Analytics, for site measurement
- Typeform, for trial requests
- Cal.com, for demo bookings
- Cloudflare, for hosting and content delivery
Those companies process data under their own terms. Do not send them information you do not want them to hold.
How long we keep it
Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings. Enquiry and trial records are kept for as long as we need them to respond and, if you become a customer, to run the account. You can ask us to delete enquiry data by emailing info@rxclarity.io.
Your rights
If UK GDPR applies to you, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing need to keep it. Email info@rxclarity.io.
Cookies
This website uses cookies for Google Analytics in production. The site will still work if you block them in your browser.
